职位描述： 1、负责内容产品的非结构化文本提取方向的英文/中文算法研发； 2、结合业务需求，开发多语言内容理解相关NLP系统； 3、通过NLP和ML产生直接业务价值； 4、跟进NLP方向前沿技术与应用； 5、运用关键词提取、命名实体识别及其他自然语言处理技术从数据库中进行非结构化文本提取，作为技术部的一员，主要负责获取和分析尽可能多的可用数据。
职位要求： 1、计算机软件或相关专业本科以上学历； 2、三年以上的自然语言开发经验并熟悉相关算法开发； 3、熟悉常用NLP工具，e.g. SpaCy, OpenNLP, NLTK, GATE, UIMA, Stanford CoreNLP，对深度学习有较深理解； 4、具有大规模数据处理引擎（e.g.Apache Spark），语义技术（e.g. RDF 、triplestores）等相关项目经验； 5、优异的建立、测试、调优分析系统的能力； 6、能够运用机器学习，特别是实体消歧和关系提取； 6、英文良好，对英文技术文献具有基础阅读和理解能力； 7、思路清晰，逻辑能力强，良好的敬业精神与团队精神，乐于学习以及热爱技术研发。
NLP SOFTWARE ENGINEER • Develop NLP-based algorithms for English and Chinese text • Design and implement NLP systems • Research new methods to solve problems • Generate direct business value through NLP and ML • Stay up to date with developments in the field of NLP and Machine Learning • Specifically, you will need to use Named Entity Recognition, Relation Extraction, Entity Linking and other natural language processing and machine learning techniques in order to extract names and metadata of individuals from large data sets. You will be working as part of an engineering team, charged with harvesting and analysing as much data as we can make use of. REQUIREMENTS • Strong development skills are essential. • Excellent system design with solid testing and an eye towards scalability and robustness. • Demonstrable experience with using NLP technologies as a software engineer. • A proven track record of delivering high profile, user-oriented solutions in a fast-paced environment. • Great organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment whilst juggling multiple priorities. • Demonstrable experience of major NLP libraries and tools, e.g. SpaCy, OpenNLP, NLTK, GATE, UIMA, Stanford CoreNLP. • Applied machine learning, particularly in relation to entity disambiguation and relation extraction. • Scaling NLP solutions using large-scale data processing engines such as Apache Spark. • Experience with semantic technology (e.g. RDF and triplestores) is useful. • English and Chinese speaker • Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. computer science or mathematics).
